1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of sjlabs.dev, SJL games, the Telegram Mini App, Telegram bot, Discord server, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may need parental or guardian consent. Under COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; see the Privacy Policy.
3. Accounts and conduct
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, or engage in illegal activity.
- Do not cheat, botize, reverse-engineer, exploit bugs, or modify game clients for unfair advantage.
- Respect community moderators. Violations may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.
4. Virtual goods and purchases
- Purchases are processed via OneKey crypto wallet or Telegram Stars. SJL does not process credit cards directly and does not use Stripe or PayPal.
- Virtual goods (in-game items, cosmetics, currency, entitlements) are licensed to you for personal use only. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside our systems, and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
- All virtual goods sales are final. Refunds, where available, follow the payment processor’s policy and any applicable law.
- Crypto transactions are final and irreversible by nature. Verify amounts and addresses before confirming.
5. Intellectual property
All SJL content — characters, art, story, lore, music, SFX, code, logos, and branding — is owned by Super Jugga Labs or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. User-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit (fan art, posts, clips). You grant SJL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and promote your content within SJL community spaces (with attribution where practical). You represent that your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
7. AI-assisted content disclosure
SJL uses AI-assisted tooling (image, voice, video, music generation) combined with human creative direction. Where platform policy or applicable law requires AI-content disclosure, we comply.
8. Service changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. Beta features may change without notice. We aim to preserve progress and entitlements when features change but cannot guarantee continuity.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJL’s total cumulative liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) $100 or (b) amounts paid by you to SJL in the 12 months preceding the claim. SJL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SJL, its affiliates, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Virtual goods associated with terminated accounts are forfeited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Virginia, except for small-claims or injunctive relief for IP violations.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on sjlabs.dev with a revised Effective Date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
