Super Jugga Labs (“SJL,” “we,” “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with sjlabs.dev, our games, Telegram Mini App, Telegram bot, Discord server, and merchandise storefronts (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
Account and profile
- Telegram user ID and display name (required for Telegram Mini App / bot)
- Discord user ID and display name (when you join our server)
- Email (if provided for newsletter or support)
Gameplay and usage
- Progress, achievements, inventory, in-game economy activity
- Session timestamps and duration
- Device type, OS, client version
- IP address (for rate-limiting, fraud prevention, regional compliance)
Purchases
- Wallet addresses or Telegram Stars transaction IDs (via OneKey or Telegram)
- Amount and item purchased
- We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or full payment credentials. SJL does not use Stripe or PayPal.
Communications
- Support tickets you open
- Messages sent through official community channels (subject to the platform’s own privacy policy)
- Feedback, bug reports, survey responses
Bot-collected data (Telegram)
- Commands you issue to the bot
- Group context where commands are used (if in a group)
- Aggregated anonymized usage analytics for bot features
2. How we use your information
- Deliver game features, progression, and social functions
- Process purchases and honor entitlements
- Operate and improve the Services
- Communicate with you about updates, events, and support
- Moderate community spaces and enforce Terms
- Detect fraud, cheating, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:
- Telegram/Discord: necessary for Mini App and bot functionality
- Payment providers: OneKey wallet, Telegram Stars
- Hosting / analytics / moderation vendors: under confidentiality agreements, no secondary use
- Law enforcement: when required by valid legal process or to protect rights and safety
5. AI-assisted content and model training
SJL uses AI-assisted tooling to produce some content (art, voice, music, video). We do not train external AI models on user-submitted content without your explicit opt-in. Where disclosure is required by platform or law, we disclose AI-generated content.
6. Children’s privacy (COPPA)
The Services are intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have, we will delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child under 13 has provided us personal information may contact [email protected].
Certain game features suitable for younger audiences (with parental consent) may collect only minimal data (display name, progress) and never ask for contact info, exact location, or purchase capability.
7. Data retention
- Active account data is retained while the account is active.
- Inactive accounts (24 months no login) may be anonymized or deleted.
- Transaction records are retained for 7 years for tax/financial compliance.
- Support communications: retained 3 years after resolution.
- Bot command logs: 90 days.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards:
- Transit: TLS 1.2+ everywhere
- At rest: data encrypted with AES-256 on managed storage
- Access control: least-privilege, MFA for admin access
- Monitoring: logging, intrusion detection, regular audits
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to reasonable, modern protections.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Virginia VCDPA, and others), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold
- Correct inaccuracies
- Request deletion (subject to retention obligations)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
- Opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell)

10. Cookies and tracking

Our infrastructure is US-based. If you access the Services from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted on sjlabs.dev with a revised Effective Date and, where required, notified via email or in-app notice.
